We calculated the margin for Galsport by analysing the odds they offer. We further ranked them in one of the following three categories:

We’re getting our results by taking into account the odds for final result outcomes measured in line with the total goals scored for different football leagues. By getting the average results using this method, we were able to obtain the margins for each league and also the overall betting margin for the bookmaker.

Galsport has an overall average margin of 6.93% for football and falls in the average value category. In the first section using odds from the English Premier League, the margin is at 6.23%. The second section with Spanish La Liga and Italian Serie A, has a margin of 5.85%. Finally, by counting the English Football League One, Austrian Bundesliga and Polish Ekstraklasa, the margin is at 8.70%.

The same could be said about basketball which has about 30+ options for each game, depending on the league and match in particular.

To go with, football fans have the extra advantage of getting a proper representation of happenings on the pitch (represented by 2d dots). In the event that you are unable to watch a game for whatever reason, you can still get a live feel of the match.

While the live section is relatively impressive overall, Galsport needs to do better by adding more sports to satisfy other punters with other interests.
